This super easy Arrow J grass feed beef Filet Mignon is one of the best cuts of beef ever. This recipe is so simple to do, and so tender and juicy to eat.

Ingredients
- 4 Arrow J Beef Filet Mignon Steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil if desired
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 450-475 degrees.
- Season the steaks liberally with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper on both sides.
- Add the steaks to the grill and close the lid. Cook until a crust has formed and golden brown, approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Flip the steaks and close the lid. Continue grilling for an additional 3-5 minute or until the desired degree of doneness. 125 degrees for medium rare.
- Transfer the steaks to a platter and cover with foil.
- Allow the steaks to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Be sure to allow the steaks for sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking to ensure even cooking.
