The Arrow J Beef top sirloin steak is cut from the back side of the cow. Sirloin can be cut from the top part or the lower part. Top sirloin is typically more tender and higher end. This steak is tender and juicy.

Arrow J Top Sirloin Steak

This amazing top sirloin steak is quick, easy easy to cook and incredibly flavorful! This grass fed cut takes less than 15 minutes. It comes out tender and juicy. Great for family dinners, holidays, special occasions and more!

Ingredients
  

  • ▢ 4 top sirloin steaks
  • ▢ 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ▢ ½ tsp black pepper
  • ▢ ½ tsp Kosher salt
  • ▢ pinch paprika
  • ▢ ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ▢ ¼ tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Pat steaks dry with paper towels.
  • Season on both sides with black pepper, salt, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Add olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat. Once oil gets hot, place steaks in skillet.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side. Then carefully flip and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the other side.
  • Remove steaks from skillet. Allow steaks to rest on a plate for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh grass fed Arrow J steak.
If you only have frozen, thaw completely.
Be generous with your seasoning. Feel free to adjust amounts to suit your preference or use your favorite steak seasonings
Allow the oil to get hot before adding steaks.
Only 2 to 3 minutes on each side is needed for 1 inch steak for 125 degrees for rare.
Allowing the steaks to rest before serving helps lock in the juices.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. (Like theres any leftovers!)
