Arrow J Cowboy Chili
This simply crock pot recipe frees up your schedule and allows you to have dinner ready and waiting for you, without compromising the taste. The secret is in the stew meat. Arrow J Beef is the best stew meat around and takes an ordinary recipe to the next level. This recipe will have everyone coming back for seconds.

- 1 Crock pot
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Arrow J Beef Stew Meat
- ¼ t. Garlic Powder
- 1 T. Cumin
- 2 T. Chili Powder
- 1 t. Salt
- 1 – 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce
- 1 – 15 oz. can pinto beans
- 1 – 15 oz. can kidney beans
- 1 – can Rotel Original Diced tomatoes and chilies
Instructions
- Strain pinto and kidney beans and add to crock pot.
- Add tomato sauce and can of Rotel tomatoes and chilies.
- Add seasonings and mix.
- Finally, add stew meat to crock pot. Stir until well combined.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until stew meat is tender.
